Kayaking Pillar Point Harbor in Half Moon Bay

Heidi picked a day when the wind would be calm and, sure enough, the wind died off completely and the water was like glass.

We paddled across the harbor and landed at Mavericks Point for a short walk.

Then, we went to the abandoned fish processing plant. I've seen it from the beach end, but wanted a closer look.

After the fish processing plant (the white strip poking out into the water on the map), we wandered thru the harbor, checking out the boats on our way back to the beach.
